BOOKING CONDITIONS
Confirmation of booking to be received within five days, with a deposit of £100.00 per week. The balance owing is to be sent six weeks before commencement of your holiday. If your holiday is cancelled within six weeks of the commencement of your holiday, all monies will be retained. If we can re-let your dates, we will endeavour to return your deposit. Holidays cancelled after the balance has been received, we shall do our best to re-let our apartment, but if not successful, we are unable to refund any monies received.
We would advise our guests to take out personal holiday insurance.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We are able to accept payment by electronic transfer, Banker’s Draft, Building Society cheque, or a personal cheque.
For holidays booked six weeks or less, prior to commencement of your holiday, full payment by cheque, Banker’s Draft or electronic transfer. For holidays commencing ten days or less from commencement of your holiday, cash would be required on arrival.
